El Lobo

Basque country. The seventies. “Txema”, an E.T.A colaborator caught by the police. Giving in to the pressure, he is forced to infiltrate the terrorist group.

 With the name “The Wolf” (El Lobo), he embarks on an almost suicidal mission. No one knows that he is a “mole”, except for the police who set up the operation. He won’t always be able to count on their support. “The Wolf” is alone.

Pais Vasco. Años 70. “Txema” es un colaborador de ETA que cae en manos de la policía. Sometido a presión, se ve obligado a infiltrarse en la cúpula de la banda terrorista.

Con el nombre clave de “El Lobo”, emprende una misión casi suicida. Nadie sabe que él es un “topo”, excepto los policías que han puesto en marcha la operación. Y no siempre podrá contar con su apoyo. “El Lobo” está solo.

Voces sin libertad

Familiares de asesinados, víctimas de chantajes, ciudadanos perseguidos, amenazados, personas que han logrado sobrevivir a un atentado y que sufrirán para siempre sus consecuencias, individuos exiliados por el miedo a morir.

Hombres y mujeres vascos marcados por la violencia terrorista, la falta de libertad, el miedo. Son las voces silenciadas durante muchos años: las de las víctimas.

Devorador de sueños

Jennifer Cassi travels to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to claim the inheritance of her deceased twin sister, but what she finds is a new conflict with her grandmother, Mary Ellen.

Jennifer soon discovers that she suffers from a disease which has been ending the lives of much of her family. It is a very painful disease caused by a crow which appears in dreams and, little by little, steals her organs. Convinced her grandmother has much to do with this, Jennifer will try at all costs to stay out of danger, stay alive, and end the curse that dominates her.

Jennifer Cassi viaja a Buenos Aires, Argentina, para reclamar la herencia de la casa de su recientemente fallecida hermana gemela, pero lo que encuentra es un nuevo conflicto con su abuela Mary Ellen.

Jennifer pronto se da cuenta de que padece una enfermedad que ha ido acabando con la vida de su familia. Se trata de una enfermedad muy dolorosa causada por un cuervo que aparece en sueños y poco a poco va robando sus órganos. Convencida de que su abuela tiene mucho que ver en esto, intentará por todos los medios mantenerse a salvo y poner fin a la maldición que la domina.

Iris

Iris, a bright, young, Mediterranean woman, bubbling with life, hopes to become a photographer after a short, failed marriage but sees her world collapse when war breaks out.

In a few days Iris becomes the accidental chronicler of the tragic events through the small camera which she insistently uses to portray life in spite of everything. Among the ruins of fear and pain she finds the person who will be the love of her life; Oscar, an enthusiastic doctor and a dreamer who very soon disappears in an aid convoy, just as Julián, her ex-husband, reappears in her life.

During his brief visit Julián, a victim of hate and the war, attacks and rapes her. Iris is left pregnant but will never know who the father of her daughter Agata is.

Iris, una joven alegre, mediterránea y muy vital, que aspira convertirse en fotógrafa, tras un breve y fracasado matrimonio, ve como su mundo se desmorona al estallar la guerra.

En pocos días, Iris se convierte en cronista accidental de los trágicos acontecimientos a través de una pequeña cámara con la que retrata insistentemente la vida, a pesar de todo.

Entre las ruinas del miedo y el dolor encuentra al que será el amor de su vida: Óscar, un médico de carácter entusiasta y soñador, que desaparecerá muy pronto en un convoy de socorro al mismo tiempo que Julián, su ex marido, reaparece en su vida. En su breve visita, Julián, víctima del odio y la guerra, la asalta y la viola. Embarazada, Iris no sabrá jamás quién es el padre de su hija Ágata.

Isi Disi – Amor a lo bestia

Isi and Disi, who are not brothers and were not called like that when they were born, were brought up in Leganés. Their nicknames come from their overwhelming passion for AC-DC, because that is how they thought the names were pronounced in English.

Although they are over thirty, Isi still lives off and with his father, Eugenio, a veteran heavy rocker who has got a bar, La Campana del Infierno, which is as heavy rock as he is. Until one day, Isi finds the love of his life, Vane, as he is making the weekly delivery of cockles from his father’s bar, at the university.

Pretty, pleasant and intelligent, she is the perfect girl. From this moment his sole aim in life is to win her heart, with the –not always- considerable help of his loyal Disi. However the task in hand is far from easy and the friends find themselves in more than a bit of trouble.

Isi (Santiago Segura) y Disi (Florentino Fernández), que ni son hermanos ni se llaman así, nacieron y se criaron en Leganés. Sus alias vienen de su desbocada pasión por AC/DC que, según han oído siempre, en inglés se pronuncia ISI/DISI.

Aunque pasa ya de los treinta, Isi sigue viviendo con y de su padre, Eugenio (Manolo de Vega), un veterano heavy que tiene un bar igual de heavy que él: La Campana del Infierno. Hast que un día, Isi, haciendo el reparto semanal de berberechos del bar de su padre en la universidad, encuentra el amor de su vida: Vane (Jaydy Michel). Guapa, simpática e inteligente, es la chica perfecta. ¡Isi se ha enamorado!

Desde ese momento, su único objetivo será conquistar su corazón, con la no siempre inestimable ayuda del leal Disi. Sin embargo, no será nada fácil y los dos amigos se verán metidos en más de un lío.

Seres queridos

Leni brings Rafi home to introduce him to her Jewish family. Everything is going really well until the lovers say that Rafi is Palestinian. As his future mother-in-law is so upset by the news Rafi offers to take over in the kitchen.

But the frozen soup falls out of the window, falls down seven floors and hits a pedestrian. As if the evening wasn’t catastrophic enough already, it turns out that this pedestrian is Leni’s father.

Leni trae a casa a su novio Rafi para presentarle a su familia judía. Todo marcha de maravilla hasta que los enamorados revelan que Rafi es palestino. Con su futura suegra descompuesta por la noticia, Rafi se ofrece para tomar las riendas de la cocina.

Pero la sopa congelada se le escapa por la ventana, cae en picado siete pisos y le da a un peatón. Como si la noche no fuera ya suficientemente catastrófica, todo apunta a que ese peatón es el padre de Leni.

Perfecto amor equivocado

Julio del Toro, a successful writer nudging fifty, has always had his wife Miriam, his daughter Milly, his lover Silvia and obviously his career completely under his control.

Until one day, on returning from one of his frequent trips abroad he sees this reassuring, coherent world collapse: his daughter has started a sentimental relationship with a Spaniard older than him; his lover gives him a serious ultimatum; a young journalist starts to prepare a report on his work questioning whether or not he is finished as a creator.

Then the real problem of this writer comes to the surface; his incapacity to make decisions, to adapt to new contexts, his insecurity in relation to his own life.

Julio del Toro, escritor de éxito, bordeando los cincuenta, ha tenido siempre bajo su control a su esposa Miriam, su hija Milly, su amante Silvia y, por supuesto, su carrera profesional.

Pero un día de regreso de uno de sus frecuentes viajes al extranjero, vera caer en crisis ese mundo tranquilizador y coherente. Al tiempo que Julio se siente cada vez más confuso y desorientado, las mujeres a su alrededor tomaran las decisiones que él no es capaz de asumir, y llevaran sus vidas por caminos insospechados.

Sex

In a not very distant future, a group of people connected with pornography meet together to have supper inside an enormous nuclear bunker while outside the Earth has been swept by radiation and is dying.

 They only talk about sex and secret perversions, but death is too interested in them to let them escape. “SeX” is a film about sex, drugs and baroque music… Commentary “SeX” is freely inspired by “El Decamerón” by Boccaccio. Invited by a distinguished hostess who gives them various Bacchanalian suppers to free their spirits so that they relate their fantasies and taboos, the characters give free rein to their frivolity as their only weapon against horror and death. They seek the greatest pleasures within their minds as everything is lost in the world outside.

En un futuro no muy lejano, un grupo de personas relacionadas con la pornografía se reúne a cenar en el interior de un enorme búnker nuclear, mientras en el exterior la Tierra agoniza barrida por las radiaciones.

 Sólo hablan de sexo y de perversiones secretas, pero la muerte está demasiado interesada en ellos como para dejarles escapar. “SeX” es una película sobre sexo, drogas y música barroca… Comentario “SeX” está inspirada libremente en “El Decamerón” de Boccaccio. Invitados por una ilustre anfitriona, que les agasaja con varias cenas báquicas para liberar sus espíritus y que refieran sus fantasías y tabúes, los personajes dan rienda suelta a su frivolidad como única arma contra el horror y la muerte. Buscan obtener el mayor placer de sus mentes cuando ahí fuera todo está perdido

A+ (Amas)

A+, as read in Spanish, means “you love”. This feature film interwines three independent stories (Terminal, Sidecar and Moon), each 30 minutes long.

The characters of each story guest star in the other two. The themes of A+, love, disagreements, family, friendship, drugs and music, build over the three stories and converge at the end at an International Music Festival.

A+ es un largometraje que se compone de tres historias cruzadas, de argumentos independientes, de treinta minutos de duración cada una.

 Las historias: Terminal, Sidecar y Luna. Los personajes de una historia aparecen en las otras dos pero siempre sin llegar a adquirir protagonismo determinante en sus desenlaces. A+ (Amas) narra tres historias de amor, desencuentro, drogas, familia, amistad y música que se entrecruzan y confluyen en un Festival Internacional de Música.
